Wish we had these in the US

Assuming the price was low enough, I'd buy one, should work well for my job. Top speed is a little limiting, have to avoid freeways, but unless I'm going west of St Louis county, that's easily done.

Mitsubishi debuts EV battery swap network for cars AND trucks

Good to see this, I think it makes the most sense on commercial vehicles as their range is often determined by the number of packs which are either between the frame rails or hanging off the sides like a fuel tank, in a fairly basic package shape compared to cars.

Rivian Just Proved Why It Pays To Think Ahead

Honestly I'm not surprised, I've been bullish on Rivian for a couple reasons, something that was reinforced by their really boring R2 and R3 announcement video. No slick techbro energy here, just solid planning. Sure, the company is struggling a bit, it's really expensive to start a new car company after all, but it seems to be a company that eschews chasing the latest buzzwords and just makes really good electric trucks.

Koenigsegg Dark Matter: A revolutionary raxial Flux electric motor

I love Koenigsegg's work, the man is an engineering genius who lucky for him owns a super car company where price is no object, meaning that he can design the best and coolest stuff with no concern about cost, and this is an example.

Interesting, wonder if'n they'll offer a lighter lower powered version, since my biggest complaint in current electric car development is that it's all focused on more power/range

New car get

Too tired to say much, drove from Hazelwood to St Joseph, 287 miles each way, left around 1030, arrived home around 0200. And Friday had been 10 hours and 110 miles of deliveries, I'm knackered.

So, introducing Doppel...

Why Doppel? Well, here's my husband's ( @Vik-Thor / Lirleni Hankeshe ) White Lightning II:
