I'm guessing that a lot of them would have been turned down by DOD recruiters because of issues ( mental, legal, , etc ), ICE recruits thugs.

The indictment itself was jaw-dropping for how it strung together objectively legal, nonviolent actions like organizing protests or tracking ICE vehicles, somehow hoping if they stacked up enough of those, it magically added up to illegal antifa violence."
The government doesn't have to hope. This exact playbook worked with the #PraireLand9 prosecution.
The only thing stopping thisbcase from becoming kangaroo court is the judge.
