It took a NZ news site for me to find out what the mistake was, apparently they listed wicked.com which is kinda obviously porn, an obvious name that would've been snapped up during the early days of the internet.
Can anyone recommend small independent sources of information/news, either about tech, world facts, or both, that are in a similar ballpark as kottke and 404media, but they're not US-centric?
My biggest feature request is being able to add a CW to a boost without having to manually steal the image and create a post from scratch. Imagine how many more CWs would be used if such a feature existed.

Why do either? Look at the Clay Bennet cartoon I just shared, all you get is a link with no preview, and they have no Fediverse sharing at GoComics, however if I share to Tumblr, something they do have, that previews fine, and then I can share that from the feed with the preview.
