Trump doesn't realise how lucky he is. It's way too flattering an image of him in my opinion. He looks actually human β no obvious makeup, his disaster hairstyle mostly hidden, his fat diaper-clad ass nowhere to be seen. He looks years younger and better than he normally does in photos.
A total suck-up by Time, but for a narcissist like Trump it's still not enough of course. It serves Time right for trying so hard to put lipstick on that pig.
