Take part, be a part of the system so that you can be a part of the solution. Show your fellow Canadians that you care, and show the United States that when they throw their weight around, Canadians take notice and stand tough!

I have this and I don't know why I have it. Does anyone out there with a retro Mac network setup want it? It's opened, but unused and (I believe) complete so if you like old Mac stuff in boxes, you might enjoy it! Even has the original twist tie around the cable for you to untwist!

Apparently, all RSS readers are banned on Google Play:
Google added some restrictions to news app and I don’t see how Flym (and other RSS aggregators) could comply to that. For instance, Flym cannot provide a “valid and verifiable contact information” for the feed, nor it can assure that “each of the sources must meet News policy requirements”.As of today, Flym updates on Play Store are blocked by Google. So I have archived this project in order to clearly show that I won’t maintain it anymore. I’m not aware of any official way of publishing an RSS client on PlayStore and do not have motivation to argue with Google.
Just one more argument against ever using Google Play.

Some changes around these parts
Ok, just approved two followers, some glitch happened where I wasn't even aware that I had anyone wanting to follow us, let alone needing to approve them. So, what we've changed:
All posts should be being shared, apparently that wasn't happening
Blog type is now organization, which I'm not sure what that changes, aside from the fact that if'n you want to watch us, you'll be automagically added as a follower.
Tweaked a few other settings to make my life easier in some ways
So, as always, feel free to share any taur content with us, I think if'n you're posting anything taur, lamia, naga or chakat related, you can just mention us, and we'll come along and boost it.

Look: I, a US citizen, born and raised in the United States, holder of a valid state ID and federal passport, with no criminal record, am not confident I could pass through a US border checkpoint right now without being harassed or even detained. (I have been critical of Donald Trump in public, and that seems to be all it takes.)
If *I* am not confident about that, imagine how anyone without those credentials must feel.
If you are organizing conferences, meetings, etc. that require people to pass through those checkpoints to attend, you need to grapple with this. You are asking attendees to take a serious personal risk.

A friend's wife owns a US company with 7000 employees worldwide. Every year they do an annual retreat in the US. The employees look forward to it because it's luxury all expenses paid for everyone and their families. (Perks of not being a public company)
When I suggested that maybe they hold it outside the US this year, my friend said they'd discussed it, but it's the same dilemma: People already in the US don't want to leave and risk not being able to get back in
Whelp. Just got let go. They actually disabled my account while I was in the exit interview. Corporate IT is _cold_.
Anyway, I guess I'm looking for a new position maybe even be #FediHired ?
I have to live in Cove, AR with my disabled family, so it will probably need to be 100% remote.
I'd prefer to keep doing #Haskell or try out #PureScript in production, or even something more exotic like #Agda or #Idris
