Recommendations Wanted: I'm looking for a managed hosting provider for an email list server (GNU Mailman or similar). The intended use case is a small local community list for mutual aid and socializing.

I've looked into self-hosting Mailman but it's a more complicated beast than I'm used to dealing with. I'm not confident that I can administer a production server myself.

Any suggestions out there in Fediverse land?
