Payment problem


@#SpaceHost Help Hello, got an email that my payment had been declined and when I tried to reply to it, that seems to have bounced, are y'all still having billing problems? I don't think I've seen a charge from you in a bit, and I know there was an email about the problem last month.

We're still working on resolving the billing issue with our payment gateway, but it's nearing completion. We’re in the final stretch, and things should be fully back to normal soon.

Rest assured, this hasn’t and won’t affect our hosting services in any way.

So it's been going on for a little bit. Over 2+ weeks since the final stretch. Is this going to be solved in the next couple of days?

This is defo something that I can't have hundreds come out of my bank due to the hosting service not collecting what I owe you for hosting the previous months. Can you please keep everyone upto date with whats going on.

Yes, it started a couple of weeks ago and we did send out email notifying customers about the issue.

Not to worry, it will be resolved in a way that won't impact you, and a concession will be given since this is all our fault.

@#SpaceHost Help @Samantha Xavia Interesting, the only emails I've gotten have been the billing failed messages, three of them so far
