Honestly never thought I'd see a cover of this

Funny thing is that YouTube offered not just this halfway decent one, but also one by... Headstone I think it was. Headstone's is not real good, the added rock beat sounds generic, and the singer seems uninterested in what he's singing, it's like he's just going through the motions. The Punch Brothers version isn't great, but it is an interesting take, definitely worth giving a listen to.

That was the first concert we attended post 'big covid period', about a 4 days prior to this show. This was very nice finish.

Punch Brothers are best described as Americana, Nu Grass. They cover pop songs too for fun, Radiohead in particular. Chris Thile, the singer and mandolin player is in another band called Nickel Creek, which is closer to folk. Punch Brothers emerged at around the same time as some other bands like Mumford and Sons that echoed the folk music of the past with a current vibe.

@Mark Wollschlager Nickel Creek I've heard of, I think they're the one's behind one of Avicii's songs (he just mixes them), pretty good band, but I'll definitely need to give them all a look.
