Honestly this sounds like my diet, I'll never be a vegetarian, but my meat consumption is generally quite low, if everyone ate like me the commercial meat industry would collapse.

Moderation in most everything. Meat is an ingredient in my diet, about 50% of the time. Maybe less. That includes all meat protein, sea food included.
Over the years meat has become a gift given at the holidays and consumed throughout the year.
