  1. Declare his actions a violation of international law and treaties.
  2. Revoke his passports.
  3. Confiscate his assets. That means golf clubs, hotels, and assorted real estate
  4. Terminate his licensing deals and seize and any all liquid funds.

Trump is a coward who cares about one thing and one thing only: money. Take that away and watch him immediately crumble.
