The RSS is just a one-directional feed.
You can't interact with a Mastodon account from RSS as there's no authentication mechanism to prove who you are. You would have to sign in on your Fediverse account to interact.
However, you can share and like RSS posts on Mastodon, Friendica etc if you are following RSS from your Mastodon, Friendica etc account. This won't feed back to the RSS owner though.

Yes, if you follow an RSS feed in Friendica its content appears as posts in your feed which you can share.
