The image is a split screen comparison of two portraits, one on the left and one on the right. The portrait on the left shows a middle-aged person with short dark hair, wearing a dark red collared shirt and a yellow tie. The person is looking directly at the camera with a serious expression. The portrait on the right features a middle-aged person with blonde hair and a dark suit and blue tie. This person is also looking directly at the camera with their fingers crossed. Above the portraits is text that reads: "Seems fair that if ex Philippine President Duterte can be arrested & held in The Hague for murdering suspected drug dealers - Trump can be arrested & held in The Hague for murdering suspected drug dealers".

Only problem with that is that The Philipines WERE a signatory to the ICC treaty/ charter granting the ICC jurisdiction over crimes committed there.

The Philipines withdrew their signatory status in 2019.

Dutarte is being held in The Hague for crimes committed from when he took office (2016) and when the Philipine's rescinded its membership in the ICC (2019).

The United States has never been a signatory/ member of the ICC therefore Trump will not be spending one night jail over there.

He's never going to be held accountable, but I think it's because he's going to die of a massive mcdonalds-induced stroke before it can happen.

The USA Doesn't recognize The Hague tribunal. So no, Trump will not end up there.
