Police wonder why everyone thinks they have a problem.
Officer raped a drunk woman, filmed it, tried to show it to a bunch of people, and said he did it to teach her a lesson.
"Redmond was previously convicted of drug trafficking in 2018 but received only one year of probation and no jail time. He has been on paid leave from the OPP since he was charged in that case in 2015."
OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) can't fire him?
