Appropriate reporting
Ok, I'm sure other Fediverse #admin have gotten reports like this:
Yes, obviously we haven't been checking our reports regularly, with only 3 active users, and only one that's truly active, its easy to monitor this place, so reports aren't hugely important.
That said, gotta love this one, I mean expecting someone to be punished not for violating rules here, but maybe, possibly doing something bad somewhere on the internet.
Umm, unless they break the rules here, we don't really have grounds to ban them, I mean sure, I can do anything I want, but it doesn't reflect well on me for banning people for no reason.
Second and more important, is the lack of proof, its not like user names are unique, the ones I use elsewhere on the web, I know of multiple other users using the same or similar names (minor spelling variations, number substitutes, etc), even if I were inclined to ban someone for something they do somewhere else, I'd need proof of the behavior and proof that its them.
Seriously, if you're going to report a user, feel free, but don't bother us with unsubstantiated claims that have nothing to do with our instance, sadly we don't control the entire internet.
The image is a black and white photograph featuring two individuals, a woman on the left and a man on the right. The woman is wearing a dark-colored dress with a brooch and a necklace, and she has short, light-colored hair. The man is dressed in a suit with a tie. The background is dark, suggesting an indoor setting with other people present, though they are not clearly visible.
Below the photograph, there is a caption in quotation marks that reads: "Yes, he's an idiot with zero common sense, and no social skills, but he IS my son. I just hope he never gets into politics. He'd be a disaster." The caption is attributed to Mary Anne Trump.

Best purchase yet?
So, I've been casually looking for a compact bookshelf stereo for my desk, something that could replace my computer speakers while at the same time giving me the option to listen to CDs or the radio, and yesterday I got this:
That's a big bigger than it looked in the pictures, or rather really deep. It is however great, and very much over kill. Why? Because it doesn't just do radio and CD, it also does DVDs, as in its a DVD player. No HDMI, but does have composite and I think S-video, so very nice piece, music and video in one small unit.
I might actually go back to the computer speakers, while this works fine, that'd allow me to hear things on the computer and play music at the same time, which is very appealing. Also since I've retired my engraver, I can replace my other computer with a small TV and watch DVDs at my desk if'n I want to.
Dunno if they still make units like this, but highly recommended, it's nice how it saves space while giving you so many options, imagine living in a tiny home or RV (caravan), all your media in one small box. I scored this one for just $20 on Marketplace, which seems about fair considering these were sold back around 2005, so really old.
