Are you trying to say that people use Racism as Trump's name? Do you think the meaning of "racism" is the same as that of "racist"? What do you think capital letters are for?
I'll help you out with that last question. The first word of a sentence is capitalized. Proper nouns (e.g., a person's name) are capitalized. The first and last words of a title (e.g., of a book) are capitalized. All the other words of a title are also capitalized, unless they are articles, conjunctions, or prepositions. Hence, All Quiet on the Western Front is correct. In English, capital letters are not used to emphasize.
