On average the US has started a war every other year since WWII :) Your list has Afghanistan on but the US has invaded that country twice since then. Chechnya is a state within Russia so I do not accept that you can invade yourself. I was in Georgia when that happened so I am totally with you on that one. Biden was on the stage at Maidan in 2014 getting that one started and funded the Nazi militaries that were murdering the ethnic Russians in Donbass and Luhansk. With that one I feel that the greatest surprise was how long Putin took to do what he was expected to do.

It was actually Chechnians that invaded Georgia as they were the occupying forces in North Ossetia.
