Heck, I'm not sure how to count this considering that typically a nose hook goes over the head and has a hook for each nostril, occasionally you get a hook pulling to either side as well, but two on each side, one from the top, one that doesn't seem to connect to anything, and then to take it even farther, running a cord through each nostril and out her mouth.
