Can't say, but Tumblr seems to be trying to prove my 'I've seen it all' attitude wrong lately. Unlike the condoms, this one isn't quite as unique, after all we've seen tits wrapped in pallet wrap, rope, and other types of cord, but I will say gaffer tape is a new one. Not a bad choice wither, flexible, and doesn't stick super well to skin, so removal shouldn't be too bad, though you're going to have fun getting the residue off.
The washers are interesting too, some manner of homemade nipple stretcher I assume? the are held on by her barbells, so that should work.
Nipple stretcher any one? I think the adjustable ones are more interesting, makes it easier to stretch those teats little by little.
