That (and higher pay) was why I moved to California. I made great money there for as long as I worked. Once I was retired it was an expensive hole. That's why I moved here.

Someone's data is out of whack. WY has five prisons, one research university, and seven junior colleges. Unless they're counting county jails, this is way off for WY.
