We are noticing just how little we are buying this year - continuing a trend that has been developing for some time.

I’m noticing how poor the quality of new items are, so I’m hanging onto my old stuff and hope it lasts forever. I’ve heard (for the first time ever) that a new house in the u.s. costs less than an old house…very cheap construction nowadays.
