“Apple’s Tim Cook is among a group of CEOs being eviscerated for traveling to the White House on the same day Border Patrol agents killed a Veterans Affairs nurse in Minneapolis.

"Cook, who gifted President Donald Trump a 24-karat gold desk ornament on his last White House visit, returned on Saturday to attend a dinner and screening of the first lady’s new documentary, ‘Melania.’”

When we look back on his leadership in the future, let this be Tim Cook's legacy.

“An insane encapsulation:🚨”The same day Trump’s agents kill a VA ICU nurse in broad daylight, the CEOs of Apple & Amazon join Trump to watch a private screening of a film about his wife directed by an alleged sexual abuser *was seen shirtless in the Epstein Files.”

“If you’re a CEO🚨willing to sit in the co of this regime, your “shareholder value” excuse feels pretty🩸blood-soaked tonight.”

@KimPerales I have often been on the opposite side of your Cook critiques, but for Apple to start the week with MLK on the homepage and to end the week with silence regarding civil rights abuses and killing, while placating the authoritarian in person, those behaviors should define Cook’s legacy. Apple needs to strip the holier than thou marketing and own who they now are … capitalist and authoritarian to the core.
